@Transition46 @SamanthaJPower Trump can *also* be barred from office under the 14th Amendment:
(1) With a simple majority, Congress can declare those who instigated the siege “insurrectionists.”
(2) Congress can then move to disqualify Trump from holding office under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.
